a friend told me to try the Blood Type Diet,so here I am:)
I checked out the book from the library & now I'm ready to go grocery shopping today. Any suggestion on what I need to pick up? I'm type A. I'm more hoping that this helps me feel better,of coarse weightloss would be nice also.

really need help staying motivated
I joined this site awhile back,but couldn't stay motivated.Went back on WW,but now health issues have me trying to figure out something else.I gotta do low fat no matter what,so I'm going to try calorie counting.I have a list of foods that I can't have,it'd been easier to get a list of what I can have!It's a long story.
Here's hopeing this will workSmile
