I starting eating low carb on 9/11/08...I lost about 11 pounds before joining fatsecret...I'm not staying on track very well now...I do step aerobics on mondays and kickboxing on Wensdays...I also walk my dog (Belle)at least twice a week for an hour (briskly). It's so hard when your favorite food is pizza...Now I'm losing and gaining the same 1 lb every week...

needing a buddy
Hi Louiseww,

I was South Beach now I just am trying to keep my carbs below 30...I'm not doing so good...To many temptations...I take step aerobics on Mondays and kickboxing on Wen...I also walk my dog (Belle) at least twice a week for about an hour...I have lost the same 1 lb for about 3 weeks...I feel I'm active enough but I've been eating way to many carbs...
