What would you tell your 16 year old self?
I'd tell myself that there's an obvious reason diabetics have high blood sugar and that it's no coincidence that obesity is often co-morbid. On an unrelated note I would tell myself to forget getting serious with any romantic relationship and to focus on myself and family.

I don't know, they just disappeared. Mahjohn, Fred, and Knuckles, to name a few. I stopped logging in for months. Kind of hard to feel inspired or want to inspire others when you've got naysayers and detractors criticizing your methods and making personal attacks.

Joking, of course. There's been some measure of hostility to the keto diet and as a result some of the most successful and active keto members just stopped. Sad, but true!
