회사에서 플레인요거트 스므디를 자주먹습니다. 커피가 몸에 않좋아서 커피를 끊은 후로 손님만나면 요거트먹으니 맛은 좋은데 칼로리가 높지않을까 조금 걱정이되네요. 혹시 플레인요거트스므디 칼로리 아시는분 알려주세요. 감사합니다.

어제 스크린 오랫만에 치고 갈매기살 2인분 먹고 왔는데 0.5키로 빠졌네요. 헬스해서 기초대사량이 많아져서 살이 안찌는듯 해요. ㅋㅋ
