Good morning everyone. So, yesterday I jumped off the wagon. A meeting went overly long yesterday at work and the boss decided to order pizza. I had not just one slice of pizza but 3 slices of cheese pizza and half a slice of pepperoni pizza. When I got home last night, hubby was grilling steaks, so I did eat a good dinner with spinach and sweet potatoes to go with said steak. However, didn't get my water in and thanks to the rain, didn't get to go walk like I've been dying to do all week. But, the scales said I only gained 0.5 pounds. Yay!
Sugar this morning was 135, the same as it was last night when I went to bed. This is only the 2nd week on the new medication...but so far, not really seeing the results I thought I'd see.
Think I'll go walk the stairs at work during my breaks today at work. If nothing else, it will get my heart rate up and it will work my legs!
