Hey. I'm Cristina and I'm a travel writer. Since 2005 I've been working from home, first doing various freelance jobs , now as a full time travel writer.
Let me tell ya... the busier my schedule the less time to work out. Needless to say I am stuck right now and try to find ways to take advantage of my stair stepper (the 3rd one LOL).
When i worked part time , also from home, I used to spend 2 h per day working out. But that has changed once I was offered a full time job. Add some family drama and life managed to shoot me back to place i don't like. That is about 154 lbs / give or take 1 lb.
Ideally I'd want to get back to 132 lbs. I'm just 5'2" so that's not too low.
Any hints to work out more from home? Thanks.
