I have been trying lots diets and I often had a hard time keeping up with calories and proteins, ect. We went through a very traumatic year that I dont wish others to go through.
I'm a single mother of a 6 year old daughter, so days can be busy. I often would get up in the morning and before I knew it, I would have forgotten Breakfast. So I was introduced to the 90 Day Challenge and I have never had anything that was easier to do and lose weight.
I get a shake in the morning a full meal, my main meal at lunch with my daughter, and then for dinner I have another full meal shake...
The only thing I regret about this is that I havent found it earlier... I have never in my life had something this easy, been full and lost 7 lbs in the first week and 8 lbs in the second week.
