Well I'm a stay at home mom to a busy 3.5 year old and a 9month old, I also work work form home for an advertisement company.
I never really lost my baby weight from my first pregnancy, and then had an other baby, so I'm about 40lbs over weight, looking forward to being in this group, it's nice to know other people are out there trying to get healthy also, I find it hard some times to graze, what do you do to avoid the over eating?

I find myself in the exact same boat after working from home just for the last 2 weeks. Where I controlled the food (or lack there of at my office desk) the same can't be said for the kitchen here at home. I'm trying to think of the kitchen being "closed" between the hours of breakfast/lunch and lunch/quitting time. Except for an afternoon snack, which I've tried to make sure is a fruit or a bunch of veggies.

I have been trying lots diets and I often had a hard time keeping up with calories and proteins, ect. We went through a very traumatic year that I dont wish others to go through.

I'm a single mother of a 6 year old daughter, so days can be busy. I often would get up in the morning and before I knew it, I would have forgotten Breakfast. So I was introduced to the 90 Day Challenge and I have never had anything that was easier to do and lose weight.

I get a shake in the morning a full meal, my main meal at lunch with my daughter, and then for dinner I have another full meal shake...
The only thing I regret about this is that I havent found it earlier... I have never in my life had something this easy, been full and lost 7 lbs in the first week and 8 lbs in the second week.
