And have gained a lot of weight! I need to take time for MYSELF to excercise and eat healthier. I should have more time since I don't commute anymore. I just have to make it a priority OVER evertything else.
Starting to train for a 5k (Couch to 5k in 9 weeks) and hope to compete starting around Christmas or New Years. I think I will enjoy it if I can just motivate myself to practice and build up my strength and endurance.
