I just got my Wii fit on the 30th of December and LOVE it! Since starting South Beach Diet and using it(on 12/30/12), I have lost 6 lbs, which is more than I lost in a YEAR on Weight Watchers and at the gym. I still go to the gym 1-2x a week or jog/walk outside, but the Wii fit is great exercise! I burned 234 calories according to my HRM today in 31 mins
