About this Group:
We have all had those moments of dissappointment and apprehension when trying new "diet" food. Ww wonder "Will it taste good?" "Will it just make me crave the real thing?" Through our quest to healthy living my sister and I have shared our hits and misses with each other and found some great healthy staples that help us stay on track nutritionally. We want to share that with you and hope you do the same. We can all learn from each other! Please put the prepackaged food item in the appropriate catagory and if it works well for a particular diet IE: low carb, low calorie, high fiber ect. We have also included a section for the LEMONS: items that should be avoided! If you have tried something that was dreadful this is where you would list it.
