Cottage Cheese
Ive eaten it on lettuce, and frankly it gets boring :( ive also eaten it with peanut butter and the combo is just way too salty for me... anyone have some other options for me?!! PLEASE?:)

CRAVINGS! WHY?
I truly believe and practice that the secret to avoiding cravings it to eat a HUGE breakfast. This is So true for me. If I scrimp on breakfast, I eat tooooo much later.
