We have a lot in common LOL I try not to only exercise on weekends, but some weeks when life (or the weather) conspire against me, that's all I get! I try to look at Sat & Sun as the gimme exercise days...the days I KNOW I can exercise, no matter what. I've been fitness walking a little over 3 miles 3 miles (about 43 min) whenever I can (shooting for 4-5 times per week) since the beginning of this year, and have actually started to look forward to it. Podcast listening has helped a lot! Just yesterday added 1 min slow jogging intervals for every 4 min of walking. It took me about 40 min & I was sweating like a P-I-G when I finished, so I know it was a great workout! I'm hoping to build up from there & I'm pretty sure you can too. Just get your shoes on and walk as fast as you can for as long as you can on Sat & Sun and you'll at least have 2 days of exercise in the bag when you go back to work on Monday. That always makes me feel motivated and less stressed when things come up during the week.
