I am a nurse who works mostly nights and finds it so hard to get motivated on days off to exercise!! I need a good kick in the butt!

Dawn, I'm struggling with the same issue. I'm wanting to just get a 30 minute walk in on my 2 days off. What exercise are you wanting to accomplish on your days off?

I would just like to have the energy to do anything!! Seems like I am so exhausted after working, especially nights, which is what I mostly do, that I can't seem to get the motivation to move!! I also have three kids and a house to clean, and look after...I know these are all excuses....its a tough issue for me.

what if you shift your thought and do some exercising on work days? Do something light, for even 15 minutes, before going in to work. Just a thought.
