So, i am always finding an excuse for not getting to the gym. Meetings going to long, out of town, tired. so 2 days ago I was inspired to make a 50 day consecutive workout commitment. I was inspired by a girlfriend who just hit 800 consecutive days of working out. i asked her how she does it. She works full time and has small children. She said I make it priority and if that means waking up at 4:30am then so be it. So the last 2 days I have hit the gym before work. i also brought a kettlebell to my office and workout during conference calls. does anyone else have ideas to squeeze in a workout?

I guess it's pretty obvious we need to make it priority. I have personally found waking up earlier helps me start my day better, and puts me in a better mood since I can confess I am not much of a bright and shiny morning person....LOL. Also, I just read that a recent weight loss study was done, and people that work out in the morning before breakfast lose up 20% more weight!!!!
