Hi to everyone. I'm new to the group. I've been off work for 2 weeks and start back to work tomorrow. It's been pretty easy sticking to my eating plan while off. (I started Atkins induction Dec 26) My kids have been out of school no homework stress. However, tomorrow it's back to the grind. I hope this group will help give me ideas and support to stay on track.

It's so easy for me to stick to my eating plan when I'm off work! I'm on the water challenge, I hope drinking more will help me with my eating at work.

Hi I drink hot water.I find if im craving ,its because I need a hot water.I also use it in the gaps between meals knowing that it will get through not snacking on rubbish and also it is good for me.Thats what most celebs too do. Hope this helps.Im on day 23 for healthy eatting,just a beginner
