I go to Whole Foods, get raw Almonds, Walnuts and toasted spicy Sunflower seeds. I mix them with cranberries and diced prunes and dark chocolate. It's a great snack.

Trader Joe's has great little packets all ready to grab and go. Go Raw Trek mix is my favorite.

Try protein bars that are low in sugar and high in protein. These are the best on the go low calorie options for lunch or breakfast.

My nutritionist recommended Luna bars, 180 calories and 8-12 grams of protein!

Mini crust-less quiches (southbeach diet)

It's not really a snack - it's breakfast - but this is an awesome time saver.

When I have some time on a weekend I make these cupcake sized quiches in bulk and freeze them. I leave half at work and half at home. It takes 1 minute to reheat them, and I have a healthy hot breakfast.

They are super easy to make/customize and they store for 6 months. Recipe is in the southbeach diet book or find similar ones online like this one - http://www.abigmouthful.com/mushroom-spinach-mozarella-mini-crustless-quiches/
