About this Group:

It's hard to lose weight through good old-fashioned diet and exercise but it's even harder when you have to make time for it in between your busy work schedule. Add family and friends to the mix and "time for you" has just official flown out the window.

If you talk on your BlackBerry while on the elliptical machine, this group is for you. If you struggle to find time to make yourself a healthy meal or spend an hour at the gym, this group is for you. If you're looking for support, tips and friends, this group is most definitely for you.

Exercise while traveling
Take the gym with you. Buy one of those Beach Body Programs that are 25 minutes. P90 or T25. Drink a lot of water within meals and a lot of vegetables. That will help.

Motivation
Try making it part of your daily routine and then it's not so hard to fit into the schedule, because it is already part of the schedule.
