It's hard to lose weight through good old-fashioned diet and exercise but it's even harder when you have to make time for it in between your busy work schedule. Add family and friends to the mix and "time for you" has just official flown out the window.

Have you tried getting a device that measures your calories burned. I have a watch I can wear and get at least close to what I burned during a specific activity.
