I am new in the group and need some input about how to structure my weekly session at the swimming pool.
I used to attend a swimming group where we had a coach telling us what to do...I live abroad now, and with this new job I am able to go only once a week to the pool, not belonging to any group.
I am trying to build up stamina, so I am swimming for about 1.5km (in about 1 hour, breaks included). I mainly do breast stroke at the moment, with few laps of backstroke and crawling.
Do you have any advice about how to structure my session? My aims are building stamina and working out my legs.
