Swam yesterday 7x 50 and 2x 100 First time out this year will gradually add training for a sprint triathalon and the swim is my best part. Also need to lose weight and this is a great low impact way I like the pool.

Swam today 10 x 50 1:45 intervals 4 x 100 2:45 intervals. Not flying through the water but getting heart rate up and getting a good work out. About 35 minutes.

Swam today 1200 straight approx. 21:00 warm up and cool down 2x 50 breast stroke.

Felt really good.

Swam today 50 warm up breaststroke. 2 x 500 9:30 each Quick but good workout.

swim this morning - 400 freestyle, 200 50 back/50 free x 2, 4 x 50 kick, 4 x 50 drill, 200 freestyle, 100 freestyle on 2.25, 2 x 50 on 1:10, then it was time to get out. I had a breakfast meeting. 50 minutes.

a little slow this am - 400 freestyle - 2 x 50 kick - 2 x 100 drill/swim - 2 x 50 fast freestyle - 2 x 50 kick - 2 x 100 on 2.35 and off to work

2100 meters this am - 300 meters freestyle, 200 meters dolphin kick, breast pull/freestyle, 100 meters kick, 2 x 100 meters drill (triple switch)/freestyle, 200 meters freestyle, 400 meters freestyle on 9:15, 2 x 200 meters on 4:30, 2 x 150 on 3:25.
