Yes, that's right, you heard me, a loser. But not a bad loser. I'm a good loser! Since when did losing turn into a good thing? Well, I guess since The Biggest Loser started airing. In all truth, I have never watched that show, but I am thinking of watching Season 1 tonight (on Netflix). I am doing so well and working on just me, I have lost 12 pounds in a short amount of time. I am positive and happy. That's all that counts. I need to push myself harder and get some exercise in. Ok, so I have a question for all you out there. What kind of calisthenics should I do to strengthen my muscles so that I can do some heavy, hard-care exercising. Right now my back is out of whack from all the weight; it's strong, but starts to hurt after a few minutes due to EXTREME weakness. Anyway, if you have an answer, don't just tell me, show me. Send me a website to go to so I can see the exercises myself. I want to have fun with this, so whatever you got, don't be afraid to show it off!
