Tips to stop binge eating?
Hey, Soo... My problem is that I'm doing good, sticking to my diet and suddenly i just can't stop binge eating like crazy. If you have any tips, please share them with me.

When you feel the urge to eat, but it's not hunger, drink water. The best kind is flavored water. I drink jamaicool; it's 0 kcal.

I think the goal weight i set for myself might be a little low, When i look in the mirror i feel like maybe 110 might be enough to feel comfortable for summer. :d
