Hey I'm Leah im 98 pounds and I want to get to at least 95. My height is 5"2 and im trying to eat maximum 500 calories a day...just on here to find friends and lose the last bit of weight off me so yeah add me or send me a message whatever I'd love to talk Smile

hi you really shouldnt drop your calories that low youll make yourself ill trust me ive been there you just lose muscle not fst

hi fay in order to lose weight you must burn more calories in a day than you consume to do this you must either lower your caloric intake or add exersise to the plan or both if you want to do it faster if your intrested i can give you a nutrition goal for you to hit every day

is just so confusing.. Sad also the problem is i can't always control what i can eat and i don't know what's in it or how much. And i don't cook very well, so it needs to be easy for me! Smile thanks for your help! Smile

So you bmr which is how much you have to eat is 1200 calories just to survive do you do any exersise
