Hi there!
Im Katlynn, im 18, 5'6 & 146 lbs im looking to lose 10-15lbs.

& a few good inches off my hips & waist. Currently a 30" waist & 39" hip
Not happy at all with that.

I'm on a 1600 calorie a day diet with a 6 day a week exercise routine.
Anyone near my stats & actually having success? Im just in a hole right now.

I have an event in 6-8 weeks & im wanting to lose something before then & hopefully turn a head or two

You could try to drink green tea! I usually do that because if you have 3-5 cups a day you could burn an extra 70 calories and help improve your metabolism! It works for me when I have days where I can't workout and am just too busy Smile
That's probably not what you were looking for but I hope it helped somewhat Very Happy

You could try and drink green tea like Leah said, but if you're like me you'll think it tastes horrible (no offense to anyone who likes it). What worked for me before was joining a sports team, but that will gradually help you lose weight. If you're looking to lose weight fast, try snacking and having no sugary drinks. Try for healthy snacks, like an apple (really good for weight loss) or nuts. Juices can be just as bad as sodas when it comes to sugar and calories, so try and steer clear from those. If you don't like water try Propel zero. Also try and eat more throught the day, with smaller portions. It'll help keep your metabolism high throughout the day.
