i need help with motivation!

making lists helps me get motivated. usually I start with a list of habits or weight-related characteristics I don't like, and then make a second one of how I want to look and act and the things I can do once I've lost the weight. then I have a clear view of not only my Away From motivation, but my Towards motivation as well.

Me too! I can never stick to a diet. This site should help. I joined yesterday and already feel better and more motivated! I like the idea of making lists, good job!! I would say to do fun things for excercise, things you like to do. I love to dance, and that's a great way to excercise!

Try food mapping, like the food diary on the my diet app on facebook, if yr actually watching everything that yr eating it gets almost embarrassing looking at the amount of food yr eating so u generally end up not eating as much.
The first few days are the hardest so if u just stay strong it gets alot easier Smile
