My name is Sami and I am 16. I started losing weight in middle school when I weighed 145 and have since gained it back due to a lot of stress from the previous year. In December, a friend of mine is getting married and I hope to get in shape by the time the wedding comes. I also wish to model one day, which of course requires you to be in immaculate shape. Hopefully I meet some fun people who can help me stay on track and I can do the same for them. Cool

hey. Im pretty much the same, i'd quite like to model one day.. plus were on similar weights.
Hope you reach your goal!!
I think im gonna need some encouragement, so perhaps do you want to keep taack of eachother?? So we can puch our selves to reach our goals??

Hi im Gwen, im 14 and trying to get to 120 pounds. Im curently 140 pounds take a anywhere from a size 8 - 11 and have weighed anywhere between 120 - 150 in the past year. My main motivation is to slim down so I can where a bikini on my class trip ( im aiming for a size 6).I'm cutting down on the carbs, eating proportiant meals, biking, lifting 3 pound weights, and doing morning push ups. My family eats whatever they want and dont really care.They say im fine and wish they had a body like me.... but I dont feel fine when my body is staring back at me in the mirror.
