I would love to participate - if I had someone to "chat" with. I'm not sure I have much worthwhile advice to give, but I can try if you have specific questions. When will you begin MF? I've restarted (I let myself gain 15 pounds in three months after "maintenance" by thinking I could eat like I did when I was younger...). I had lost about 45 pounds, so I know the program works. This time it's been a week and I have lost the first five. I lose slowly, so you might have even greater success. How much do you plan to lose? The best piece of advice I saw on the Medifast boards was "Begin with the End in Mind" - 'sort of helped me focus on my real goal of maintaining for life!
