Just started South Beach today and i'm nervous/excited at the same time. I was on Weight watchers on and off since 2001 and now am 0.4 lbs UNDER where I started

. I actually managed to GAIN 7 lbs this past year, so I decided I needed a change. I am hypothyroid, so I know that's part of my problem, but working out 3-5 days a week should help me LOSE weight not GAIN.
Looking forward to getting to know you all! i see this groups has been pretty quiet lately I hope that changes soon!
