Just started South Beach today and i'm nervous/excited at the same time. I was on Weight watchers on and off since 2001 and now am 0.4 lbs UNDER where I started Sad. I actually managed to GAIN 7 lbs this past year, so I decided I needed a change. I am hypothyroid, so I know that's part of my problem, but working out 3-5 days a week should help me LOSE weight not GAIN.

Looking forward to getting to know you all! i see this groups has been pretty quiet lately I hope that changes soon!

I'm just starting bk on SBD again today as well! I first tried it years ago & it worked really well. I've since been off & on and now have gained most of the weight back, unfortunately. Here's to successful weight loss for everyone in 2013!

Hey there. Thanks for replying. My Wii fit says i was down to 219.5 tonight(although I normally weight on my normal scale first thing in the am naked) so i'm at least 2.5 down so far, so that's awesome. I don't weigh in till Sunday, but i'm hoping for at least 5 lbs.
