Join the Christmas and New Year Holiday countdown. Lets not gain that "holiday weight" this year. Your New Years Resoultion won't be to lose the weight you just gained. Lets stay motivated and focused. The challenge begins Friday Dec. 14th. and lasts 3 weeks. Join with me and we'll coast through this holiday EATING season.
Food isn't a reward.

I only gained 0.2 over the Christmas week, so I am pleased, although I gained 7 lbs on Weight Watchers in the last year, so I started SB today for a change. Looking forward to losing much weight this year.
Started South Beach Diet Phase 1 on 12/30/12. I *WILL* get to goal this time!
