Believe it or not, a fantastic fat burning supplement, and consequently one I use every day, is CINNAMON!
Daily, I take 1000mg cinnamon (for fat burning),
500mg cranberry or acaiberry (for immune system &circulatory cleaning),
500mg garlic (great in the summer - natural mosquito repellent)
a good, sublingual B complex (because most people don't get enough)
1000mg calcium (for healthy bones)
60mg ginkgo biloba (for circulation and brain function)
1000mg fiber supplement (for cleaning out waste)
A children's multivitamin (for general health)
Yeah, it seems like a lot. I take a few with each meal, and it keeps me pretty healthy.
