If you work out on an empty stomach, you may actually burn more fat. European researchers found that cyclists who trained without eating burned significantly more fat than their counterparts who ate beforehand.

I don't feel so good when I work out on an empty stomach.

I don't feel so good either when I work out on an empty stomach. I don't have the energy that I need to work out for as long as I want.

I usually try to eat something small before my workout, usually a protein bar or shake and then do the big meal after. Or I eat, then workout.

I believe in a pre workout meal consisting of Pepperoni Pizza and a huge slice of Lasagna. Smile Ok yeah just kidding. Got your attention tho I'm sure.

I usually eat a piece of fruit or a protein bar or protein shake before any work out and drink plenty of water during the work out.

I usually work out on a empty stomach, but I've noticed that it actually helps me, if I train really hard (in the evenings)I tend to drink a lot of water afterwards, that works not eating a lot in the evenings. Stomach feels "full".
