About this Group:
If you live on the road you share some of the same problems as every other road warrior: where to get healthy food, how to control your meal schedule, how to make your own meals... How do you fit in exercise at the end of a 14 hour day, especially when you are so tired you don'even want to eat, and you have to be back in the saddle rolling down the road in ten hours to keep on schedule?
What will really works to get you past your next DOT physical, and what are the new rules for weight, BMI and neck size?
Either we deal with that, or we will, or we know people who do. You may have all the knowledge you need to answer all of the above, but you are still here reading this, so you are still seeking something.
Sometimes connection with other people both to give and to get encouragement over the similar challenges we face is the missing piece of the puzzel, and providing such a connection is the purpose of this group.
