First things first: K.I.S.S.

This is primarily a place to help one another lose those Mass Dampers around the middle and stop sliding around inside our own skins as we go round the corners. Of course, bragging about how your improved fitness has translated to in-car (or on-bike) results is greatly encouraged. ;)
