I want to start P90X again but i have a foot with a heel spur in fiance knocked his tooth out and crush some of his jaw bone while doing it. Its been hard for us to want to get back into doing it. Thing is...i want to do it because i know it works. Please help.

The key is that you have to be careful to follow the directions and keep proper form. Quality reps of quantity of reps! Never push yourself more than what your body will allow. It will tell you when it needs a break and when it does STOP! Do your best, forget the rest. Some moves will be more difficult for you with a heel spur. MODIFY them. Smile
