i am almost done with week 2 but i still owe 2 work out for week 1 so, how should i fell about that? i have being supper busy so i plan to do two a day for two days as i go. Diet whise i have being pretty good. i lost 3 pounds and i believe i have gained some muscle. love it. ABOUT TO BRING IT IN A COUPLE MINUTES. I HAVE SOME MOTIVATION NOW.
