i am almost done with week 2 but i still owe 2 work out for week 1 so, how should i fell about that? i have being supper busy so i plan to do two a day for two days as i go. Diet whise i have being pretty good. i lost 3 pounds and i believe i have gained some muscle. love it. ABOUT TO BRING IT IN A COUPLE MINUTES. I HAVE SOME MOTIVATION NOW. MY HUSBAND JUST CALLED ME, IT HAD BEING 3 DAYS NOT HEARING FROM HIM, BECAUSE OF WORKSad BUT I HAVE TO DO IT FOR ME AND ALL OOF US.Smile

You can't "owe" a workout. Once it's missed, it's missed. The old saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" is right on in this as well. You can't do 5 workouts in a day and think you're good for 5 days, it's got to be consistent on a day by day basis. That's the beauty of P90X, it's a solid 6 day per week program that if you commit to it, both nutrition and exercise wise, you'll get the results.
