For my fellow P90X'ers, especially first-timers. I found
the following article to be very enlightening and very true from the 2 times I've been through P90X.
Being on Weight Watchers from late 2006 through mid-2007 I found it hard to get away from "tracking my progress" using the scale. The simple matter is you are transforming your body when you do the P90X; you have to track your progress in a different way than just looking at the number on a scale. Hope you like.
