I live in Cottage Grove and work in Springfield. Thought it would be nice to know where the members of this group are from. There is another new group for Oregon and Washington folks. I joined that one too but there are only 3 members.

Hi Mini,
I Live in Corvallis, Oregon which isnt terribly far from Cottage Grove. I also joined the Oregon Washington group.
I am putting all my effort into jump starting my diet this week with an Atkins-type of diet. It is challenging but I'm losing weight. Yay!

Hi I'm Melissa or Missy I live in Pendlton but I was actually born in Eugene and my Dad and step-mom lived in Cottage Grove last I knew and Grandpa in Veneta. Hi, I'm Sherrie from Klamath Falls, just a few miles from the N. California border. Originally from Portland, moving back up there in a few years when my youngest graduates from High School. I'm also new and finding my way around Fat Secret, my middle daughter told me about it. Hoping I can finally lose the weight and get healthy!! Tired of being a chubbo!! Onward ho!!!
