Hi all, I just recently had my son on 8/10, I also have 4 others kids at home, (two step kids and two biological), two 5 year olds, a 4 year old, and a 3 year old. I am finding it hard to really concentrate on losing weight with all the kids and going to school full-time, even though it's online classes I feel I can't get a minute to catch my breath with all the kids and my household chores, I don't know what I'm going to do when I go back to work. This is going to be my last baby for a long time so I'm trying to enjoy every moment. Any tips on how to get the exercise in or how to eat healthier. I feel like I constantly have to grab some unhealthy snack just so I can eat something. Getting rid of all the unhealthy snacks is unrealistic for me with all my kids and my boyfriend. We really don't have that much unhealthy stuff anyway. I weighed anywhere from 130-135 prepregnancy and at delivery I was 200 lbs

At 10 days postpartum I was 186 and I don't have a scale at home to weigh myself, but I don't feel like I have lost a thing. I'm getting so discouraged. How do you ladies do diet and exercise without hindering your milk supply?
