Yooooo.. so glad to have a new forum where we aren't continuously monitored like Nazi Germany! Have been so sick of the crap on LCF, haven't even been checking lately. I kind of want to go out with a bang, ya know, title a subject "Hey DrjLocarb" then have the body say "GO F*CK YOURSELF! Smile"

So glad to have a new forum!

This is why I love Casey!

Today:

B: coffee w/ HWC, then a tall Starbucks iced coffee w/ HWC
L: 8 slices bacon
D: 6.5 oz strip steak with .5 oz butter

No idea how much cream was in that iced coffee, I just ask them to sub HWC for milk. Have skipped breakfast the past couple days, tummy troubles.

Just took a look at my measurements for the week again, and realized in the past week and a couple days I've managed to lose 3.25" overall Smile That's pretty awesome!

Also, no exercise really. Not unless you count walking at a snail's pace to look at pretty trees exercise Laughing So if you needed an argument AGAINST exercising... I think I may have just helped you out, LOL.

I was back up to 190 lbs this morning, still trying to get rid of that darn water weight from my off week. The good thing is that the appetite suppression has kicked in.

Treated myself to almond flour pancakes this morning, which probably does not help but I was tired of eggs and out of bacon & sausage.

Today's numbers: 1381 calories, 106 g fat, 82 g protein, 35 g carbs, 11 g fiber.

I love that commercial! I mostly watch NCIS for Abby, she's my favorite character.

I just realized I've gone 2 whole days without any form of chocolate. That has to be some kind of record for me.

I hope I'm posting in the right spot.

161.4 lbs - hope it sticks.

This is down from 164 lbs the day of my nose surgery on Monday, so not too shabby except I keep bouncing from 161 to 164 and can't break through the glass FLOOR.

Once my nose can handle vigorous exercise I'd like to get back to doing Bar Method classes as they helped me break a several month stall last time and they give me killer thighs.

I start a new acting class on May 12th, mothers day, which is a horrible date to pick but what can ya do but show up and learn. It's a 6 week course.

I have written a short film that a friend actor and I will shoot together as soon as I get my stuff together. It gives me incentive to firm up my thighs since I'll be in pj's most of it, cooking breakfast while fighting with my (actor) husband, but I still want to look 'healthy' and attractive.

So there's my incentive. 6 weeks, I want to crash through my plateau and get some rockin thighs and it would be amiss to neglect my upper arms, also.

My goal: be an actress at the age of 44 ... er, 34. (My agent says to tell people I'm 34, but I never do, always tell them , "my agent says ..." LOL. So I'm clearly not applying her advice correctly. LOL

Most definitely! I noticed people swearing here, while on the last place i never saw anyone swear, so i'd just like to say..(and not to offend anyone, and for no particular reason).. F UCK!

now that i got that out, i'll be good. Smile

That is all. Smile Smile Smile

For seriousness tho, i was down to 316 and indonesia / china / california and came home and had a cold..and have had a foot injury since tue, barely able to walk, and the pain was so bad that i ordered crutches...that i used less than 10 minutes. Wish i could return them.

Anyways i continued going to work and saw the doc, and turns out it was just soft tissue damage, no fracture or break (WHEW!) - but i was a bit... backed up if you get my meaning, and went back up to 320. grrr

Now that my foot is lots better, i'm hoping to get back down to 316 and ultimately my short term goal 299. I havent' tracked in a looong time, and seriously i hate doing it and don't want to. So im going to continue not tracking and see what happens. No results on the scale will mean that i get back into serious gear and begin the tracking again!

above is why i wasn't really on much on LCF

anyway, great to be in a new place with you palz

Beezer, that's so cool about working towards becoming an actress! Are you hoping to do stage acting or try to get into television or film? I hope the nose heals quickly.

Myles, I don't think the other forum allows swearing. Wink I'm getting kind of tired of tracking also, both my food and my weight. At this point I have a fairly good idea of portions and how to eat without going over on carbs or protein. I might just skip the weighing and tracking for the rest of May and see how I do.

Bunniee,
I want to do commercials (have done two so far: Popeye's Chicken ("Bonafied Boneless" campaign) and BlueCross.

I've been an extra in lots of movies. I was FUZZY in the background in Olympus Has Fallen. I'm hoping to be IN FOCUS in Now You See Me, because I was standing in front of Morgan Freeman! Smile

I'd like to do commercial / TV / Film.

I go on auditions and they always film the audition and they ALWAYS ask you to turn to both sides. I think my bumpy nose and thus bad profile sink me. I've always wanted to get my nose done -- now this was just an excuse to actually get it done and my husband was okay with paying for it! Very Happy Yay!

I'm having fun, doing things I never expected to do -- it's a whole new world! Very Happy
