Product: Sprouted Rye Bread & Sprouted Multigrain bread. Sold by Trader Joes. Only 4 net carbs per slice of bread. Rating on the Rye 10, haven't tasted the grain one, so no rating there. I'll go ahead and post another since nobody else has added anything in awhile. Flatout Flatbreads. They come in several flavors. Here's a link. Or cut and paste if that doesn't work as a link. http://www.flatoutbread.com/products/flatout-wraps/They are about 5-6 net carbs per flatbread, and it's pretty large. They taste pretty good, I'd rate them 8 out of ten. Good for quick lunches, veggie wraps, ham & cheese. Only issue I've found with them is if you don't separate them with wax paper, then tend to stick together after a few days and rip apart. Joseph's - Flax Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread purchased at Wal Mart deli section.
Rating 10 - really liked these. Net carbs 4g per pita. Fill the middle with chicken, diced lettuce, tomato, onion & add what you like and your eating a "guilt free" tortilla without the carbs of a tortilla.
Just found these today at Wal Mart, hope they still carry them when I want more.

I'll chime in on the Joseph's -- they also have a lavash wrap that is really good. I love the pita - I use it to make pizza!

Carbquick Baking Mix. Purchased through Netrition.com.
I would give it an 8, as it is very versatile and really gives you options to make 'ordinary' baked goods quickly.
Among other things, I made some Maple Pecan Scones......very yummy and only 4 net carbs each!

Not to buy: Walden Farms products. These I find in the diabetic aisle. Packaging looks good, zero carbs, zero sugar, blah blah blah. I bought the peanut butter spread, looked ok, smelled like Peanut butter, but in no way did it taste like peanut buttter. Gave Walden farms another shot with some honey mustard dressing. Again, it looked ok, smelled ok, but was not thick like honey mustard is supposed to be and did not at all taste like honey mustard dressing either. I won't be trying any more products from them. Carb Master Yogurt Kroger brand. Only 4 net carbs per yogurt, multiple flavors, so far the strawberry, peach and strawberry banana were very tasty and a nice change from eggs. Greek yogurt, Fage is my favorite. Very thick and creamy. Ordered some flavored drops from Netrition (New York Cheesecake flavor). Put the drops in the greek yogurt with a little of your favorite sweetener and top with 1/4 cup strawberries. Yum!

Homestyle's Beef Chili (4 NC) from Netrition. It is really very tasty, nice and spicy. Under $3 so good for a quick LC meal. You could even add some cheese and extra ground meat and serve two.
Two thumbs up on the Joseph's Flax Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Pita too.
Tried the Walden Farms Sugar-free maple syrup. It is OK mixed into cream cheese to frost a MIM but I don't know if I would eat it straight on LC pancakes.

Trying to post a link to a video! This is Jorge Cruise, from the Belly Fat Cure FAST TRACK - which is really similiar to Atkins - and is certainly Atkins friendly. Great recipes for Football Game Day Fun and or Appetizers! Enjoy!!! http://www.rachaelrayshow.com/Inside-Rach-Loft/Live, Love, Laugh ...make each day memorable and enjoy the journey.

So the Josephs stuff intrigues me but I'm not sure when I can introduce them since I'm still doing the carb ladder. I know the book says you can skip up a rung or three, but has anyone else had issues adding them in? "I choose to be on the positive side because negativity sucks the color from my world - and I like my rainbows." Me

The Joseph's products would be the grain rung of the ladder. When I when through the process, I did not spend much time with legumes or soft cheeses because they are not that important to me. I did add grains in, and I am able to eat a few lower carb grain products without gaining weight but they do tend to slow or stall my weight loss if I eat more than, for example, one Joseph's pita a day. They are a good source of fiber. I think the problem with grains is that we are so used to eating them at every meal....that is where the problem lies. Good luck!

This is great advise - Im going to Smiths right now to get some Flatout bread. I drank a cappaccino this morning (darn) so my carbs need to be low but the thought of another day of roast beef and brocolli..well you know. A pita with chicken salad - to die for!! Thanks, Thanks Thanks
