Did you ever think to yourself, "I'd like to do that diet where every meal is delivered to my door, and if I just follow that plan, I'll look like they do."? I know that I never did it because it worked out to $300 to $400 a month for each person, and I'd probably eat my regular meals in addition to the pre-packaged stuff. But anyway, this lady says there is a whole lot more to consider than the cost. I followed the link to her home page, and she's not just another doomsday prophet; she's involved with some pretty healthy programs.

But, I'm still here for you Marie Osmond; I'll microwave with you anytime anywhere!

Wow - good post. MH & I talked about it a couple of times for nothing more than the no brainer convenience but the $800 or so a month for TV dinners seemed a little crazy even for us. Did NOT know about microwaving friction effect - interesting. So she's saying cooking in plastic increases testosterone? (haha - kidding about the aggressiveness, impaired learning) I've heard the same about freezing my bottled water ~ I use that as my excuse for bad behaviour. Interesting article - of all the disclaimers in light font italics that run at the bottom of those commercials, have never seen these.
I'm not losing WEIGHT. I'm converting FAT to MUSCLE to be healthier.
