I can suck down 3 or 4 diet sodas a day. After all, isn't it much better to drink diet soda, than to inbibe all that sugar? Hmmmm. I thought so. This article is kind of scarey. Some of my best friends drink Diet Coke or Pepsi Smile. See what you think.

I think it may be time to switch to unsweet iced tea or club soda.

I went from drinking regular Mt. Dew to diet Mt. Dew, did that for two yrs. Realized that I didn't lose weight but in fact gained weight. So my I started drinking water, cut back a lot of soda pop to half a can day.

avoid anything with aspartame in - you will be amazed where they pack that stuff....

I actually have a body like Cindy Crawford, I just keep it well covered to protect it!

So pleased I don't drink the stuff.... I am sure I am ingesting it somewhere down the line though.

I never did until I was diagnosed gestational diabetic and couldn't have the sugar. And it was just when I really needed to drink something other than water -- maybe once or twice a month.

Now that I'm not pregnant, I can go back to my one regular soda a week and not feel bad about it.
