A day of low sodium did the trick - down to 154.1 (guess my tracker is broken keep getting an error message).
Congrats dialup on the good news!

Dialup, that's wonderful! As one who's been there, hun, it CAN happen...I had 4 miscarriages before my miracle son--who just turned 18. Sending positive wishes your way!

Dialup your news made me so happy this morning, I hope everything goes well for you x

Almost, I've sent you a buddy request Smile I had a look at your food diary, and your calories are so low-around 700 per day is not enough, you should be aiming for about 1400, and you are eating no vege's, you need them for fibre and nutrition. I see you are showing a good loss, but you will stall eating such low calories.
Aim for 20 net carbs with about 12-14 coming from vegetables. Daily % to aim for- fat should be 60-80% carbs 5-10% protein 20-30%. Avoid bars, if you really must have them try for 1 every second day- make sure they are induction friendly Smile
You will still have good losses eating this way. Do you have any books to refer to? I use Atkins, a good healthy all round low carb reference.

Best of luck Linda

Hi All, had a pretty good day today back on track after my anniversary yesterday. Dailup congrats. Do you all put up stats at the end of the day? or are there any basic rules for the daily check in? I am exhausted after a crazy hectic day so I am off to veg in front of the tv.

Hey all happy Wednesday!

Hey Tenkilos thanks so much for checking out the diary. I know it looks low but....I purchased a bunch of Eat-Rite products that are "suppose to be" low carb but after the purchase I read some bad reviews on how the company does not accurately denote calories and carbs - basically all numbers are 2 to 3 times what is noted - so if it says 320 calories based on what I have read it is really 640 and up. If this is accurate I am at around 1000 to 1300 calories per day. I will see what occurs over the next 17 days or so (that is how many meals I have left). I will say the food is delicous but the shipping cost is killer LOL.

Ick on the veggies - you are echoing my mom....that is a real hard one for me but will work on it!

Ticker is completely broken so signature is noting my stats Smile

Hello! I am BACK on track - strong 2 days of healthier eating! Plus, walking after dinner with my two fab kids. BONUS! Almost, I try to plug veggies into my turkey or tuna wraps - like a little shredded cabbage, diced cucumbers, or dill pickle relish. I now keep veggies ready-to-eat for snacking. Salad gets old, but sauteed mushrooms are great!

I love this time of year - fresh zucchini, squash, peppers, blueberries from the local farms. Had a fantastic grilled salmon tonight - found a good marinade and grilled it just right. So yummy -and my kids/hubby loved it too. Makes me happy they are eating healthy and learning some good habits so young. Have a great evening!

Wow, did I blow it today. Then all I could think about was lying about it. need to nip that in the bud. I can't believe I let a banana derail my day but there you have it. Honestly if I had just had the banana and got back on track I would have been back to square one but I would have been okay about it. Now I feel terrible. Trying to remind myself that my self worth is not determined by what I choose to put in my mouth. I just need to get back on track now. 2 weeks of induction again. I wonder do I need to plan my meal for tomorrow share that plan with someone then check in at the end of the day to stay accountable? Everytime I think about that I think who has time for that. It is a lot to ask of a person. Any takers?

Beat , mmm have you gone bananas! ha ha, at least you are back now and didn't slid the slippery slide all the way to the bottom Smile I am very happy to help you, I'll get my whip out!

Choggatt, glad you are back, a good snack is celery filled with crew cheese, cut into bite size pcs and stored in a container with a tight lid... stays fresh.

My husband brought some wine home last night (a gift from his work-about a dozen bottles) Last Monday I swore I was not going to drink any alcohol till I got to goal.... of course he opened a bottle 'just to try it' and guess what, I am so proud of myself that I said no. In the past we would have had the whole bottle!

Happy Thursday all - finally off the road warrier track this week and get to spend quality time with the hubby (YEE HAW). Going out tonight for dinner since everything around here is fried fried fried will probably be eating a salad (ick green stuff). Hope I can have your will power tenkilos and not partake in alcohol as my hubby has some cold brews! I will need to live vicariously through him....

Beat, your protein is a bit high, I see your fat and protein are similar numbers. All the foods you are eating are great though!
Try for more fat, e.g. mayo, avocado, coconut oil, butter, olive oil, a good spoonful with every meal...and just reduce the protein a little. Aim for 5-10% carbs, 20-30% protein 60-80% fat check this on the chart at the bottom of your food diary page. Just try a few little adjustments to get the numbers right.
Well done on your food choices!

Thanks Tenkilos, The butter I can totally do. Can't stand avacodo though. I keep trying I just can't stomach it. Hubby made pancakes for him and my toddler this morning and I almost caved but I ate my eggs and sausage instead.

My workout regimen has been good-- an hour 6 times a week for two weeks in a row.

I want to notice my body changing --- must do it for two more weeks!!

Food choices - not so good -- got to do better.

My weight loss ticker did not update on Monday either--lol
