Jaime 30024...my father wrote that quote in my very first autograph book some 60 years ago....I have thought of it often. Thank you for allowing me to bask in a childhood memory a bit this morning.

Don't get discouraged if you do not see results right away. Imagine what progress you'll have made in a couple of weeks. A couple of months. Hang in there! Don't underestimate yourself (myself). If you expect a small progress or a small step then you may get that, BUT why not expect something BIGGER and BETTER??? We all deserve bigger and better and should expect it of ourselves. LOL!! It was for me! I was going to actually allow myself to have a slice of DH Sicilian Pizza last night...took one bite and just could not do it. So had my leftover crustless pizza and then ate the top of the Sicilian. THEN he and my daughter had Dairy Queen. I tell you that Peanut Buster Parfait sounded so good and that is what I used to have many years ago (with pecans). I almost caved but Onederland looks too good!
