Group Forum: Flour storage?

Hi Everyone!

I was just recently diagnosed, so just learning to live with Celiac.

I have 6 different types of gluten free flour (and it sounds like I'll be ordering a couple of more). Does any one have ideas for storing this? On one site I saw someone recommend mason jars, but since I have 5 pounds of 4 of the different flours, that doesn't seem like a great solution.

I'd love some ideas!
