Hi all I've just joined but I've been using the app for nearly a month now
I am based in Stoke Newington area.
I am fasting (500 calories) 3 days a week and trying to maintain a 10,000 daily step average. I am finding that keeping the food diary really helps to keep me aware of what I am eating.
