Eating gluten free will provide great results, I promise! I've been sticking with that since the winter and have lost very much weight! (However every now and again I will reward myself with something that contains it)
If you're a carb lover, you can always find breads or pastas made from brown/white rice, spelt, or Quinoa in any health store. My local Giant pharmacy had a section of gluten-free foods as well, in the Natures Promise section.
