Ok, so I'm technologically challenged, but I couldn't figure out how to even get to your food log! I'm not sure what type of diet you are following, but I'm big on fruits & veggies for fiber, and use protein powders/shakes to add protein to my diet -- there are many that are low calorie. I have had problems in the past with acid reflux, so I try to eat 5 times a day -- 3 meals & 2 snacks between -- which I like. But, I am often hungry! Hope that helps!
