Group Forum: need suggestions to increase protein and fiber

According to my food log my carbs seem really high compared to protein and fiber. Can anyone suggest what I can do to add or change in my routine. I know im just starting but take a look at what I ate and see what you suggest. Also I have never been one that is ever hungry. I find myself having to make myself eat. Also what are some opionions on eating 6times a day versus three?

Ok, so I'm technologically challenged, but I couldn't figure out how to even get to your food log! I'm not sure what type of diet you are following, but I'm big on fruits & veggies for fiber, and use protein powders/shakes to add protein to my diet -- there are many that are low calorie. I have had problems in the past with acid reflux, so I try to eat 5 times a day -- 3 meals & 2 snacks between -- which I like. But, I am often hungry! Hope that helps!

I find if I let myself get too hungry I don't make good choices. If I have a small snack it will help me get to my next meal. The problem I sometimes have is picking a healthy snack. I try to do fruit or granola but in the afternoon find myself attracted to crackers and cookies. Try a few days with eating 6 times and see how it works for you. Everyone is a little different and needs to find what works for them. Good Luck
