i feel that was to sometimes.. (more like the past two months) and have put on all my weights again. but we need to start fresh. and work at it a day at a time
you are not alone in your struggles. your allowed cheat days otherwise you wont want to keep going if you can never have what you like. but trying your best is all you can do. start with the little things then work your way up
