I have used Isagenix before with incredible success, which is why, at 45 lbs over weight, I decided to start again! This time for real. No cheating yet, and today is my first cleanse day. I'm so excited for my energy tomorrow. Anyone else out there cleansing any time soon?

Okay, so I cheated yesterday. I'm trying not to be too hard on myself, but that's difficult for me. I did start a 9 day cleansing program today with a bunch of friends, and the winner of the "biggest loser" challenge wins 150 bucks! Hopefully that helps to motivate me Smile

2nd day of cleanse on my 30 day program. Was craving chips yesterday like there was no tomorrow. The results are amazing though. My hubby took my measurements on the weekend and 3 inches off the waistSmile 9.5 lbs lighter. Hitting the gym like crazy! Havent felt this good in years. So much energy!

I am day 2 of the 30 day program. I do not think I have ever had this much water, but it is not bad! I am new to IsAGenix and am excited to see my results in 30 days. My biggest issue is overcoming the constant hunger feeling. At times, I drink water, but it does not curb it. I find the IsaSnacks are a temporary fix. Any suggestions on how to curb the hunger until my body grows used to this new plan?

arent we allowd to have a snack OTHER than the isagenix snacks? maybe you'll do better with a hard boiled egg or a celery stick with almond butter....

Have you tried the Isadelights? They are a great treat.
